The concentrations of Vitamin A & C increases in the Skin EssentiA Vitamin STEP-UP-SYSTEM of moisturisers. Consumers are, therefore advised to follow the Skin EssentiA Vitamin STEP-UP-SYSTEM. The Vita-Antioxidant AVST moisturisers are endorsed by the prestigious Swiss Vitamin Institute ensuring that the client receives the highest quality product with the claimed vitamin content.

Environ Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1 is the introductory moisturiser for the Skin EssentiA Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM.

Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1 contains low concentrations of vitamin A, C and antioxidants including vitamins E, B5, Green Tea extract, Honeybush and Rooibos Tea Extracts, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Resveratrol and Beta-Carotene in the range. This unique emulsion assists to combat free radicals, repair and correct, whilst, rebalancing and moisturising the skin. It can also be used to tackle skin issues such as pigmentation and broken capillaries.

Skin EssentiA Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1 is now safe to use during pregnancy. Environ have reviewed their protocol for topical use of Vitamin A during pregnancy. In consultation with Dr Des Fernandes, Environ advises that topical products containing low levels of Vitamin A are safe to use during both pregnancy and lactation. Once applied topically Vitamin A is trapped in our skin as we do not have the enzyme system needed to transfer it to the blood stream as happens with other vitamins such as vitamin C. However, during the first trimester of pregnancy, it is possible that the skin’s response to cosmetics may change due to fluctuating hormone levels. Therefore, should you choose to continue with the Environ skincare regime, Environ recommends that you revert to base levels 1 and 2 of either Youth Essentia and Skin Essentia

Sunburn Alert:

This product does not contain a sunscreen. Environ recommends safe sun practice and protection and all times, use broad spectrum sunscreen, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure

Eye Warning:

Avoid contact with the eyes. If the product accidentally gets into the eye, rinse carefully with tepid water

If any irritation is experienced, discontinue use. Consult your skin care professional and/or physician, if the irritation persists.

Thoroughly pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone with your preferred Environ products
Apply 1-2 pumps of AVST 1 moisturiser to the face, neck and décolleté, also include eyes and lips
Use morning and evening
In the morning apply an SPF such as RAD SPF15 or Alpha Day Lotion SPF15 over the Vita-Antioxidant AVST moisturiser 1

Note: Combat dry skin by applying Focus Care Moisture+ Vita-Complex Super Moisturiser over the Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1

Recommended STEP-UP-SYSTEM for Skin EssentiA Vitamin Moisturisers:

AVST Gel	Use 1-2 Bottles if skin is sensitive
AVST 1	Use 1-2 Bottles then progress to Vita-Antioxidant AVST 2
AVST 2	Use 2-3 Bottles then progress to Vita-Antioxidant AVST 3
AVST 3	Use 2-3 Bottles then progress to Vita-Antioxidant AVST 4
AVST 4	Use for 6-12 Months before moving up to Vita-Antioxidant AVST 5
AVST 5	Use for 2-3 Bottles before adding Youth EssentiA Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serums or Focus Care Youth+ Concentrated Retinol serums

Important Note: You must ensure that the skin is comfortable and has acclimatised to the vitamin A levels in your current moisturiser before progressing to the next level. As you progress through the higher levels of Vitamin A, introduce the next level SLOWLY.

Maintain the regime. If you allow it to lapse you will simply need to restart your routine at a lower level. If you have lapsed for longer than a year, Environ recommend you start again at the lowest level.

Always consult your Skin Care Prefessional before progressing from one Step-Up level to the next.
