All items are normally despatched within one working day of placing your order.

Any items sent by post that have not arrived within 14 working days after despatch, will be considered lost and RechargeYourSkin.com will offer you either a full refund or to wait for the same item to be posted to you again.

 

Rest of World

RechargeYourSkin do not currently post to countries other than the United Kingdom & Channel Islands.

Returns & Replacements

Should you wish, you can return items to Recharge Your Skin for a full refund. Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals and packaging intact and unopened.

 

Items must be returned within 21 days of despatch.

If you wish to return or replace an item please email support@rechargeyourskin.com and we will email you to confirm details and process the Return.

 

Returns are processed within a few days of receiving the goods back. Refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account.

 

We will refund you by the same payment method used to make the original order.
