By placing an order from this site you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Orders

You are deemed to have placed an order with us once you have completed an order via our online checkout process. During the online checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Your order is not complete until we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

if the goods are not available;
if there has been a problem authorisation for your payment;
if there has been a product pricing or product description error
if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are separate and clearly stated at checkout.

Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. RechargeYourSkin.com are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.

You can keep track of your order status yourself on-line with the order tracking facility on your account page.
